At Pink Stiletto Scents, we transfer and repackage fragrances from their original bottles into trial size sample decants.
Pink Stiletto Scents is a separate and independent entity from both the brand and fragrance manufacturer.
We ONLY sell trial size sample fragrance decants of 2ml, 5ml or 10ml. We DO NOT sell full size fragrances.
FAQ's
How long will it take my order to ship?
Please allow up to 3 business days from the order date, for processing and shipping.
Can we purchase full sized bottles?
No. Pink Stiletto Scents ONLY sells trial size sample decants in the sizes of 2ml, 5ML or 10ml. Unfortunately we do not offer or sell full sized fragrances
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
No. Pink Stiletto Scents does NOT offer returns. All sales are final. However, we understand that things outside of our control may happen.
If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and contact us immediately, and we can make arrangements. Please notify us of any defect within 14 days of receiving your order, as anything outside this window may no longer be valid for replacement.
Please report any missing packages within 14 days of the documented delivery date or 30 days of the initial ship date in order for us to work with you on a replacement. Any missing packages reported outside this window that have been marked as delivered may no longer be valid for replacement. Under special circumstances & discretion,we may offer an exchange or replacement item(s).We can be reached directly via email at [email protected] to discuss.
Why is my sample bottle different than what's pictured on your website?
At Pink Stiletto Scents, our sample atomizers generally come in standard glass bottle with a plastic wand applicator and gold cap as our signature packaging.
However, due to sales volume and/or availability from our vendor, we may not have these specific decants on hand. In order to get your order processed and shipped quickly, we may use other glass/plastic decants that we have in inventory. They are just as reliable as our signature bottles.
Do you sell mens fragrances?
Pink Stiletto currently sells trial size sample fragrances marketed as unisex or for women.
